The first webisode of By Her Roots is up on my youtube channel awaiting approval from rootstelevision.com to go on their site. I still wish I had a crew as it would be much better technically if i had a camera operator and an editor but at this stage I am just extremely grateful that my friend and biz partner Liz sponsored this trip for me so I could get it done.
The first one took a very long time as I had to do everything so fast. My cousin Danny Martin played on the harbourfront the first night I was here and let me use the song he wrote.
Anyway I have to get the rest of them shot and edited within the next 10 days as that is all I have this house rented for. I still have to go to Louisbourg where I found a Peter Martin in the 45th regiment of foot..part of the group the went to quebec..i knew it.
anyway you can see the stress on my face..no amount of makeup could hide my blotches..that took me almost 60 hours to edit..i am editing in my sleep ..so intense..and the clock is ticking anyway i have a lot figured out now so i have to burn more rubber...
